Married to Ani (nee Te Riini) Roger has been providing General Practitioner care to the Kaikohe Community for 29 years. These days he is also busy caring for his mokos


Married to Ann and father of two children. Peter is a part-time doctor who also is works for the Northland District Health Board as aGP Liason. In his spare time Peter loves to fly and takes wonderful arial photography.


Married to Ben Tari (nee Clark), mother to six children. Bella is of Ngati Rangi, Te Uri Taniwha & Ngati Porou descent. Her marae is Ngawha where she currently resides in the family homestead. Bella is also a Trustee on the Board of Te Hau Ora O Kaikohe.


Percy Tipene is a father (of 3) and a grandfather.  He is currently the chairman for Te Hau Ora O Kaikohe and has recently been appointed to the National PHO Advisory Committee.  A member of Tai Tokerau Organic Producers Incorporated Society. Percy is seen to have a finger in every pie and hails from Ngatihine.


Ranga is married to Lorraine and is a father (to 3 sons) and a grandfather also.  A keen farmer whose spare time is taken up holding positions as a trustee of Te Hau Ora O Kaikohe;  a member of the Ngatirangi Kaitiaki Advisory & Tai Tokerau Organic Producers Incorporated Society(TOPIS) and a trustee treasurer  of the PHO.  Ranga is of Ngaitawake ki te Tuawhenua and Ngatihine descent.


Bruce was a Pharmcist in Kaikohe for 40 years and as Chairman of the PHO is a trustee of the IN Network NZ a Christian Mission for overseas aid.  He has recently graduated with a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Studies.  His wife is Jill of Kai tahu descent and they have 3 children, 4 grandchildren and he likes driving his Vintage car.



Catherine is the mother of two boys and has wide health sector management experience. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Informatics, was born in New Zealand and raised in England. The family returned to New Zealand  in 1996 - moving to Northland 4 years ago.
